Meet Juma Abasi Ngajime also are known as Kanjo, Businessman and a student of bachelor of arts of mass communication  Tumaini university college of dar es salaam

Commercially, how do you use social media?

Kanjo: I use social media to post and promote my products to reach my customers faster and earlier, This helps me to get more customers considering that most of my customers are people from the regions.

How did you manage to promote and protect your brand online?

Kanjo: I managed and promotes my brand even nowadays by posting my products and making sure I keep a friendly price for my customers but I also cared for my customers by posting products that are loved and affordable to my customers especially young people, my brand I was able to promote and promote through the quality of my products and services in general that attract customers

What other business pages are you looking at and why ?.

Kanjo: There are various online pages especially commercial ones that I follow more and look at in their business success for example there are very young people in our country like @jay_model and @Kelvin kb24 these are young people and they are doing very well in their business

What lesson or something did you learn on social media about your business?.

Kanjo: The biggest thing I learned about social media is that if you use it properly it has a lot of business benefits especially in distributing and promoting business. It also makes it easier to reach more customers of my brand as a whole.

Where do you see yourself or what are your goals for the next five years?

Kanjo: Personally my ambition is to be a very big businessman and to have a very big brand in and out of Tanzania but also my goal is to help my fellow youth also especially in the clothing business so that they can achieve their goals and fulfil their dreams as well, commercially I see myself very far. If I can meet the commercial requirements and business discipline in general and face all the challenges in my business without giving up.
